  • Strategic Land: PTE maintains more than 300 acres of commercial and industrial land within the Tacoma urban core, situated minutes from the Port of Tacoma and the Seattle-Tacoma technology and logistics corridor. Inventory includes both shovel-ready parcels and raw land.
